SC2sepsis uses machine learning algorithms to model the gene expression signatures of each cell type. Upload the gene expression matrix file in the required format and the result of cell type identification can be obtained. For the training dataset used for cell type annotation, please view the dataset_ info.txt through the “Download” entry point on the page.
Files and e-mail addresses are collected to provide the automatic annotation service. Data collected will not be subjected to other purposes, retained or shared to a third party. Please contact ptt12080@rjh.com.cn if you have further problems regarding this.
