SC2sepsis was developed based on reviewing single-cell RNA-seq studies on sepsis in GEO database (3 GSE projects) and Single Cell Portal of Broad Institute (1 SCP project) before December, 2021, and summarizes sepsis-related expression signatures of different cell types. A total of 1988 differentially expressed genes were recorded, corresponding to 21 cell types.
