About Project
- SC2sepsis is a comprehensive resource database recording sepsis related specific genes of human cell types. It provides researchers with a simple and fast way to search, browse, upload and download all analysis results. As SC2sepsis is a sepsis database for recording and analyzing specific gene markers at the level of cell subsets, with the development and application of scRNA-seq technology, the database will continue to be enriched and expanded, which will help researchers understand the relevant mechanisms of the occurrence, development and immune escape of human sepsis.
